The names found in this list are taken from the Bladen County Tax Lists. These lists are incomplete lists, as some of them are
missing for whole years and/or for certain districts in certain years. The list for 1784 comes from the North Carolina Legislative
Papers, but they were printed in the Robeson County Register which is my source and are included below.
None of this list is
transcribed by me directly from original records. I encourage you to check the original tax lists. There was only one McNeill
in the 1763 list.
